some may say that justification means that , after i am saved by the grace of GOD through faith in JESUS CHRIST, that GOD sees me " just--if--i´d never sinned. but to me it means i have been before God´s bar of justice and declared not guilty based on Christ´S merit, His righteousness imputed to me. WHAT A SAVIOR!!!!

I do not write this to just be contrary, but believe we need to be cautious with our words. Words having meaning and should not be misused. While it is certainly true that scripture consistently teaches we are saved by God declaring sinners to be righteous by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, I must take issue with the opening premise: "It's an act of God by which he declares sinners to be righteous by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone." To state that it is "by grace alone through faith alone" is inherently contradictory. One could say that it is "alone by grace through faith". At least that is not contrradictory within the statement. I much prefer what the scripture says about it and prefer to dismiss man's self-contradictory attempts to improve on Ephesians 2:8-10 where it clearly says, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-- [9] not by works, so that no one can boast. [10] For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." The fact is, in scripture the only place where "faith alone" appears is James 2:24 (NIV, ESV, ISV, GNB). Furthermore, I take issue with the apparent premise that justification is only defined by the opening statement, which does not hold up when you look at James 2:21 where it is written "Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?" and James 2:24 where it says "You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone." Don't get me wrong. I'm not by any means saying that scripture teaches that any of our works, no matter how good, can save us apart from Jesus Christ and his grace. We just need to be cautious about our terms and not go beyond what scripture clearly say such that we are led to false conclusions.

Not only we believers are receiving the undeserving love from God, the righteousness He provides us through Jesus His Son is also wonderfully undeserving! God's eternal triumph! Hallelujah!

Eventally, there is no more time left in staying misunderstood between SALVATION and ETERNAL LIFE.

It means once saved we are not supposed to live like the liberals.

I am justified because I know I am a child of God and I keep his commands and tell others and show them the joy of being justified in Christ Jesus. No pain just hand over the issue or problem over to the one who cares not man, not pastor of my church, in my closet I call upon him, and learn and keep learning the word and trusting in him for my needs, seeking higher knowledge of him and watching and worshiping and promoting the work of His Kingdom, passing knowledge of God through knowing that without Jesus you are not saved. I am justified and no one can judge me for doing that. I am justified not because of my righteousness but because of my faith in Him. Trusting and believing in His Precious Name that is above every other name.

My understanding of being "justified" if one was doing things that hurt others or his own body, the only way to stop is by coming to God as you are and when your conscience judge you not some other people, but between you and your God, you forsake your old ways without being reminded or continue feeling for the old things then you are justified when you come to God and without coming through Jesus Christ, and asking in your hart to forgive you and uphold you so that you have the courage to withstand the evil one who will make you feel down to disobey God then you start experiencing joy, peace of mind and acknowledging that without God you cannot do it, not without your pastor or church, or friends and family, but with God through Jesus Christ you were able to withstand your old ways. You are justified to do so with taking permission or going to GP, Counselor, rehab whatever was the issue, Jesus Christ welcomes you to Himself with you being judged.

I think God is justified in looking at me the way He does in the present. In the present He only sees what Jesus had done for me. He only sees the beauty of what He has created not like other people who look for the flaws of another human being. He does not judge me like others do which is always negative. He is justified in what He is and what He does and to whom He finds favor with. Jesus had many heavy discussions with those who are self-righteous and hypocrites who think they know God when in fact they are just as legalistic today as they were back then. Some things remain the same they are constant because it is not the end of a final judgment. So we who are judged by others are constantly in prayer for our enemies and God is Just to correct whom He loves because he is no respecter of people...not like these social club churches of the day! Anyone and everyone until their last breath has the choice to know God and His justice is true and fair. I think in my life that I am glad He showed me how to grow up. This is mainly what it is all about Maturity in the Lord by the power of the Holy Spirit. One can not see God He is Spirit. I do not understand why people think they will see God when they do not even know who He is and how He see justice. Jesus played our Justification role of bringing us to Him. This is a process of elimination of what is unjustified in our lives. Can we sanctify ourselves and then say we are justified by our own actions?
