Praise the LORD.What an awsome God we have.He always show through our struggle and problems that we can't do it by ourselfs, But that He is waiting with open arms and invite us in it.God is good.No matter what is in this world going on.God is still in control.And I believe it with all my heart , soul, mind.His will wil be done.Amen.

Only when we have eternity in view can some situations make sense. Only God can teach the lessons this lovely family has come to learn. May God continue to give them more Grace and may we too learn from them. All we have is nothing. Our sufficiency is of God. Jake is the instrument God used to bring this family close to God. What a gift! I love the statement that "Your circumstance does not define His love for you but the Cross does" and I would add that if you cannot see His hand in your life please trust His heart for you.

I have been crying watching this big strong police officer just break down and tell his story about coming to the end of his self, and I am so so warmed and touched! This is so true! We get to the end of our selfes and then realize when we cannot take one more step, God is there to help....amazing love!

I try to think of things like this and all hardships that god doesn't give us what we want, when we want it, he gives us what we need when we need it....my husband once asked me why god wasnt helping us when we really needed it and were praying for it...and later my hubby admitted I was right. Cus god did not give us what we wee wanting, but he gave us what we needed.
