2 Corinthians 5:17. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. This is only one of many scriptures that talk about being different from the world. Why are Christian's still listening to music that is not Christ centered and not Christ like? Would Jesus thing that its okay or cute to listen to songs by artists who have no desire to do the Will of God? Where is the true change in the heart? Why hold onto the things of the world, when Christ took us out of the world we were in? Its disappointing to see Christian artists doing cover songs of bands who have no plan in doing the Will of God. The beatles don't love Jesus, look at the history of there music and there lifestyles and we sit here and enjoy these songs? Come on people wake up! Are we really converted from the world or are we still holding on to things God wants us to change in our life to please Him? I know we struggle with different areas in our lives but are we really trying to live a righteous life?
