Powerful American Idol Performance of Shout To The Lord

This was so very good.It was a big Blessing to me and most likely to all they hear it.

There actually were a few that are Christians from the idols singing here & those that weren't were happy singing the song as it was uplifting.It was sung 1st the night before on the Idol Gives back Show -which raised a lot of money for certain charities.This song was sung as a response to that show. As an Aussie it was great to hear this song sung over there as it really is an annointed song written by our own Darlene Zsech for the Glory of God..It is an inspiring song sung all over the world. Idol has many Christians who have competed & I believe they have been a great influence on those around them.

I like the song and how it was sung. I don't care much if they sing it without knowing what theyre singing bout, so long as Christ is preached. some of them professed to be Christians, some I dunno, but its just good they sing about my Jesus.

Yes let the children of God conquer all the music industry in the world before His second coming THE LORD JESUS CHRIST IS LORD ALL OVER THE WORLD. (:

I don't know what they were thinking to give them a beautiful song like this to be in a such a event where millions of people are watching. But I don't care as long as my Savior is been lift it up, Glorified and praised this brings joy to my heart.

Even though this was a while back, it is still encouraging that it was on American Idol. I pray that we are the hands and feet of Jesus in our daily Walk. Remember WWJD.

This is so amazeing, brought tears to my eyes.We sing this song in church, but to hear those words"shout to the Lord" play on national television where millions of people are watching, WOW!

This is the blending of the Holy and the unholy. The enemy of God was always trying to blend the pure worship of the true God with "idol" worship in the Bible. Satan is always working to bring the world into the church and the church into the world. He doesn't care if the people think they are still worshipping God as long as they accept a little error with it, which can be just in the way it is done, like here, with people swinging their rears, etc. When God called Jacob to come and worship Him in a special place(Gen.35) Jacob knew there was something that must be done before he and his family could come before a holy God. He made his household give him their idols and jewelry(which biblicly go hand in hand) and got rid of those items. They also had to change their clothes. God is the same today as "yesterday". Satan leads people to think they can have God and their idol worship too, that they can mix the world's ways of entertaining and dress with the worship of God. Notice that this is supposed to be a worship song(worship of God) coming from a stage which is about setting up new stars to be idolized(idolatry). Satan knows people are not going to worship statues of wood and stone anymore, so he sets up celebrities which people go insane over. Its as blatent here as a "Jesus song" coming from the "idol" avenue. And the world eats it up and thinks its from God!

See God is moving, Even American Idol can't deny that Jesus is Lord.

what Beauty of the Lord...it is proof that if Christ can show his love to his Heavenly Father for sure us beings can do the Same for our Lord... That is THE most touching thing on national television and I'm sad that I missed it T.T.

As I sat here and watched this video, I wondered who the audience was applauding, the singers or the Lord. The Bible says God will not be mocked. God can use that performance to change someone's life and direct them to Him. I don't like to judge, we're not supposed to judge, lest we be judged. I like that song and I think the performers did a good job.
