I love the statement here. Coaches need to communicate to their players that it's not all about drive and striving. What these coaches did was a demonstration of heart, honor, and compassion. Hats off to them!

This was a very touching video, I love the coaches spirit towards this young man, this young man has a lot of encouragement to offer to Down Syndromes.I love that because, I've got an aunt that's a Down Syndrome!
