The answer is no. There is no purgatory. The lake of fire has not happened yet, Rev. 20:11-15. The "waiting room" I'm referring to is "Death and Hades" found in Rev. 20:13... its place where the spirits of those who have not trusted in Christ go to await their judgment.

owherein the bible is it recored about Purgatory. There is heaven and hell. You choose your destination. The waiting room is Just hell be waiting to be Judged because Heaven is where you have been justified by the Blood of Christ. Purgatory is a cathoilic method that is not doctrine anywhere in the bible. so is confessing to a priest, Jesus tore that Veil so the only one you have to confess to is the High priest which is Jesus Christ.

spirit prison, it's a place where Christians that die teach others that are accepting before the second coming.

I just watched this video with Mr. Kell. The phrase "waiting room" is confusing to some, but I think I see his meaning. He is definitely not speaking of purgatory, a nonexistent place of supposed transition from earth to Heaven. No such place is mentoned in the Canonical Bible. He is, I think, comparing Hell, the place of the unsaved dead, with Paradise, the place of the saved dead. Before the Great White Throne Judgement, Hell will hold the unsaved and Paradise will hold the saved. After the final Judgement, the saved will be admitted into the Full Presence of the Triune God and the unsaved and Hell its self will be cast into The Lake of Fire. I hope this makes sense.

Anyone studying this subject who has not read Heaven and Hell by Swedenborg is missing a classic which has concepts and principles which enter in here. He states that everyone goes where their ruling love is and that choice is not dictated by God but is a consequence of our own personal love of evil things or love of Heavenly things. The bible states that Hell is not made for man but for the devil and his angels.

No purgatory according to Roman Catholic doctrine is a place were you, by torment are washed from your sins, so after a painful refinement you can enter heaven. This waiting room he is talking about is the place sinners wait till they get their body back (simply put Hell) to be judged and in their case found guilty to be thrown in the pits of Hell as Revelation puts it. Believers on the other hand go to heaven to also wait there, in our case in the presence of the LORD till we also receive our new body and will be joining CHRIST (through whom we are found righteous) in HIS triumph, when HE returns to take up HIS throne on the new earth.

I am in absolute agreement with Grace KK, and Pastor Kell. For Lakoal MD; John OO is right. There is no purgatory in God's Word. Simply put: there is no heathen in the jungle. Saying I didn't know any better or claiming ignorance of the law WILL NOT WASH when you stand before the Judgement Throne. If the death of Christ does not save you, there is nothing ahead of you, but judgement. If, after you have heard the gospel, you turn your back on Jesus Christ--my friend, someone ought to tell you that YOU ARE going to hell! That is not what I say; it is what GOD SAYS.

Here is an easy-to-read, "Amazing Facts" Bible study guide on the subject of a 2nd chance. We can't afford to believe the "Left Behind" fraud of a 2nd chance, because there will be none, & millions will perish. Even if you're unsure, be on the safe side, & be saved & prepared when Jesus comes. http://www.amazingfacts.org/free-stuff/bible-studies/study-guides/ctl/viewmedia/mid/453/iid/2-12/lng/en/7/1000-years-of-peace/sc/r.aspx

Grace Kim Kwon I agree, I just wanted to get someone else's take on it.

EVERYBODY needs to see this. Do not wait until it is too late!

@Steve Jarrett: I have answered in the above. Please refer to it.

@Lakoal Mizelle-Douglas : It's a temporary hell, just like Paradise is a temporary Heaven. Remember the sense of time is likely different from our world. Purgatory does not appear in the Bible so the term is not trustworthy.

This "angel of light' that calls himself Garret Kell is " teaching for gospel the commands of men". Matt.18:16,2Cor. 13:1, Rev.11:3, all speak of two witness to establish a Scriptural truth or doctrine. I dare you to come up with ONE Scripture to back up this damnable heresy, along with the other nonsense, I am sure he, teaches such as; immortal souls, Christians going to heaven, Jesus being in hell for three days, Christian tithing, consciousness in death, resurrection of the body, man's will being free and independent of God. You have blasphemed God, and His son, by teaching these things by saying they both are weak and cannot do what they promised to do which is to SAVE ALL MEN. There are many Scriptures that belie the teachings of this and others who will use these man made scare tactics to hide from you the true gospel(the good news) That God IS LOVE and love never fails. And God WILL NOT FAIL in forgiving all his children after all it says that after Christ puts every evil under foot He will turn it all over to His Father and then WE (NOT SOME) WE WILL BE ALL IN ALL. According to this prophet the holy men of the old testament(who were not saved because they died before Christ died for them) can never be saved and therefore they too must suffer eternity in this mythical place called hell.Read Rom.11:25-36. All nations shall be saved. I could go on all day with this but it is enough to know that He can not come up with one verse of Scripture to refute me let alone the two that are needed. So I have done my work, and remember do not blame me blame his lack of the Scriptures and his dependency on man's wisdom to carry him on with his work.1Cor. 3:19,2Cor.1:12
