Both the Old and New Testament Bible prohibit homosexuality and define it as a damned sin repeatedly, because homosexuality is outright against God's will and design for humanity and it leads people to all kinds of wrong sensuality. Humans who get "attracted" to the same sex get "attracted" to any entity in existence and destroy the next generations and surrounding nations like cancer. It only brings about irreversible destructive society like those of Noah's time, of Sodom and Gomorrah, and of the filthy Canaanites. We are seeing the phenomena in the post-Christian morally-apathetic West today. True Christians forsake practicing sins and don't live in them. (I John) This question is like asking, "Can Christians be practicing rapists?" or "Can Christians be practicing Baal-worshipers?" The answer is spiritually practically logically NO forever.
