Tim Hawkins on Noah's Ark

He treads really close to the line sometimes-- and frankly, I think he sticks his nose over it occasionally-- but he is a man of deep faith.

Good stuff. I laughed for days.

We were just talking about this at Bible Study, not Noah's Ark but about certain stories that little kids just don't understand. Funny guy!

The story as presented in the Bible IS, indeed, a story of mercy and love. But, the story also demonstrates the wrath of God (He will not be mocked). We just don't see it, or think about it. I don't think he is mocking God - I think he is showing us another side of the story we think we know so well. There is a tragic side to this story, but we never tell it or think about it.

I disagree. I think we all need to lighten up. If we understand and know the Bible, I think comic relief is a great way to reach non-believers! Just my opinion.

Tim Hawkins doesn't mock God. He's only telling the truth. Some stuff in the Bible is just not Family Friendly.

The seriousness of the message of Noah would be hard to use as comic relief. The way he tries to use it here almost looks like God is being mocked.

Noah's Ark is a great story of mercy and love!
