Well done - this was done at College of the Ozarks, wasn't it? That's where I went to college.

You are all very incorrect and you will learn this very personally one day!

man was not made for the Sabbath, the Sabbath was made for man. I'm pretty sure that if i decide to worship him every Monday, Tuesday, or Friday it would not make a difference as long as I have a relationship with Christ. Time or day is not really important. yes they was given a command in the old testament, but when Christ put himself on the cross for our sins we are no longer bound by the "law" which many followed. So if we decide to worship on Saturday so be it, if we decide to worship on Sunday so be it. We shouldn't focus on the day as so much as the purpose of why we worship. I am just saying, the Pharisees made the mistake in the bible of focusing on what they called "tradition" more than following God that they didn't recognize God in the flesh when he came. even said that he didn't keep the Sabbath holy. We shouldn't do the same and lose focus on him.

This website has repeatedly deleted my full explanation to every comment here and they will likely also delete this so you will think that the little I wrote above is the whole explanation. If my comments were allowed to be posted it would unequivocally prove the truth about the Sabbath and dispel all the cliche "rebuttals" offered by all others here. It is quite apparent that censorship is alive and well from the keepers of GodTube so if they have any integrity at all, which they have proven to me they do not, then they should delete all my comments, including the initial one and not just my replies to others comments that explain the error of their assumptions.

Is it possible that the 'Sabbath' was not an issue for those early believers because they came from a Jewish mindset? If Jesus is our example, & He is the one who set apart for holy use (i.e. sanctified) the 7th day at creation (Jesus IS the Creator) then why not follow His example? Some have also suggested that Jesus died on a Friday, rested in the grave on Sabbath (i.e. He did no unnecessary work) , then began His 'new' ministry on the 1st day of the week (what we now call Sunday).

Funny video, it's true how people with forget about God and just go to church for their own reasons. Subscribe and check out our ministry http://www.youtube.com/fareastbroadcasting.

Yeah, I'd say you missed the point. If a person could see this and relate that they go to church without having God in the equation, hopefully they'll see they're missing the point.

Ger,yes dicern well ,what did Jesus said about the Sabbath?

  • 2012-07-23T03:00:37

I had a complete and irrefutable explanation that covers all the completely incorrect positions offered above and the website owners have removed it, not allowing the truth to be told. My explanation had absolutely NOTHING to do with legalism and the complete and utter lack of discernment in any and all attempts to explain away the need to keep ALL God's commandments is a testament to sorry state "Christianity" is currently in. Apostasy is indeed another sign of Jesus' soon return.

Great video it shows the truth of a church hopper and those that only go to a church that makes them feel good. I agree with you it's all about living the life that God the Father has showed us to live.
