TobyMac - Eye on It (feat. Britt Nicole) Official Music Video

Christian lyrics are there....the music itself is modern. Much of the bible tells us to keep our eye on the prize...thus, Toby's lyrics.

People...Listen to the music for what it is. If it uplifts and makes you feel positive, enjoy it. You always have the choice to listen or not but there is no need for judgement.

I totally agree with Victor but have to say this... Christian rock music works great for the believer or saved soul. It helped me put most heavy metal and rock music behind me and move on with my journey seeking Christ. The band Disciple for example, they are one of the bands that helped me quit listening to Godsmack and Disturbed. I found you can still have your hard rock music but with better lyrics. So this type of Christian music still plays a major role in becoming saved and changing your life. Skillet was the first band that opened my eyes and made me say, "I can give up my old music and still rock". Many songs by bands such as Disciple and Fireflight feel like praise songs to me because the lyrics are so awesome and glorify God. So I say rock on Christian artists, you help to keep us in line :)

Toby Macs Ministry is amazing. Millie, I feel that you do not know who he is and what he has done for the Lord. He is all about the youth and bringing them in to God. He has helped new Christian artists like Mendisa and Jamie Grace (who by the way has an amazing testimony). If you do not see God's love in this song, I suggest you go and see him live. I will see him any chance I get. He brings me closer to God and I am filled with love every time I see one of his performances. It is like a mega huge worship service and a jump for joy in HIS presence!

I find it disturbingly sad that you can be a Christian and not know that Jesus is the word. But the Bible calls them baby Christians. It is up to them, and the more mature Christians around them to nurture them and bring them up in the word. Their local church is where they are to be fed. The word exhorts us not to neglect the gathering together. That's why. It is to strengthen both the entire body, and the individual members. Sometimes I think it's because some churches are so big now that people come and " get saved" and there is little to no connection within the church, and people get lost in the crowd. I attend a mega church, and you have to work hard to keep people connected.small groups etc. we have 7 different services, plus online church. Sometimes even I have moments when I feel a bit " lost" , but I know that Im never alone.

For all of you that are so negative, did you bother to ask the Holy Spirit to open the eyes of your understanding (Ephesians) to how an all powerful God can use many avenues to get people saved. Are you checking the plank in your eye before you judge the speck in an artist's eyes? Or as the Pharisees (white-washed) are you certain you are correct because you don't agree with the new way our Father wants to do something "Jesus"? God moved past flannel boards a long time ago. Pride goes before a fall. How many teenagers have you led to Jesus lately?

A new passenger? Aren't we suppose to sit in the co-pilots seat and let God drive?

Toby, you rock! I have followed you for many years through your Christian music and you never fail to lift up my spirit with awesome lyrics and beat! Thank you for keeping on!

I agree with one of the former posts that ; if u would watch this video out of context ; you would have no idea it is a christian video since there is no direct reference to God , Jesus , or Scripture.H owever , I do remember reading that this song was taken from Scripture ; I believe it is Proverbs 4:25 " let your eyes look straight ahead , fix your gaze directly gefore you." I do not know why he did not make it more clear ; however if u reference it with his other lyric/music I think we can agree that his mission is to glorify God with his songs / music.
