I think it's just sickening and horrible the way veterans are treated! After they put their life in harms way for how many years? IT JUST ISN'T RIGHT! UNCLE SAM - YOU SHOULD BE TAKING CARE OF YOUR OWN!~.

This looks remarkably like the area where I live! I too am a homeless veteran age 23 who served in afghanistan during one of the most horrific high fatality times. Those visions will forever stay with me and are burned on my soul. But if I saw this happening to anyone homeless or not I would not be afraid to step in and lend my fellow man aid. It is what I signed up for afterall. I just hope one day that I can see my son of 1 year again and my beautiful fiance', they are my life and I would do anything to give them the life I am never going to have.

This is sad, when cities are no longer communities. Greed and self-centred goals is what that is eating most of us up. A dog eat dog world. It "No love is such when one lays down his life for another." - Jesus.

Next time you walk/drive by a homeless person and don't give the spare change from your ash tray or pocket at a minimum, ask yourself how much would I pay for Gods protection? You never know who's an angel out there so loosen your grip and give with thanks!

I know some amazing homeless people - so the guy in the clip is right "don't judge the book by its cover" Many I know are so humble and are trying to get out of the rut they are in and with our help and God's help, they will.

This is inspiring and heartbreaking at the same time. Veterans should never be homeless. What is your suggestion for 'dat, obama?

So true, you may not have anything to give to a homeless person (money, food) acknowledging them with a smile or a friendly wave makes a difference for them. *Everyone needs love*.

I am sorry because this will sound cruel, but it really is not. I am a military vet and a Vietnam veteran. In recent years, the Veteran's Administration has done a very good job of helping veterans with their post service health care, as well as other needs. Unless a veteran has been significantly injured, I do not believe it is the governments responsibility to take care of every need we have. We do not know why any person, veteran or not is homeless, and some actually refuse help when it is available. I do believe that we as members of the human race have a responsibility to try to care for all in need. Jesus said that all men and women are His creations and we are to care for one another, but we are also responsible to work to help ourselves as well. We have a responsibility to not become an unnecessary burden on others, if we are not truly in need of their help. What we have done though, is turn the responsibility to care for those in need over to the government, and unfortunately, where the control of amounts of money this large is concerned, corruption and greed allow those in power to mis-use the money. It has been said that if everyone gave just 10% of their actual increase to Churches and charitable organizations, there would be so much money available to use to help those truly in need, no one would go hungry or homeless, while at the same time those who refuse to do their part to help themselves and others, would not be able to take advantage of generous givers. We as citizens have allowed evil, selfish, greedy people to have power over us. Now we are seeing their evil shine forth, and we are mad. This is good. Perhaps we will turn to our Creator in repentance, prayer and supplication and He will hear from Heaven, forgive our sins and heal our land. Then and only then, we will see all that need help, receive it. Having said all that, a special thank you to these two men who obeyed God's righteous commands and stood up against evil. May God truly bless you f or your obedience to His word.

Many Americans feel that it is the governments job to provide all things for all people. Scripture tells us that it is a "people" job, not a "government" job. "Then the righteous will answer him. 'LORD, when did we see hou hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing slothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and got to visit you?' "The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.' May we look each day for a time to pass along compassion and fill a need at every oppurtunity. May God bless the work of our hands.

WHY would anyone enlist into Owe Bomb A's military? Look how they are treated! First they have to go murder people in these senseless, needless false flag wars and then are treated like crap when they get home. SHAME...oh so much SHAME on the citizens of this country for allowing these things.
