Seems to me that everyone want's to capitalize off of the homeless these days. Just wandering how much the ministry that made this video would be willing to give to the man in the video?

It really did give me goosebumps. I ask the Lord to bless this man, guide him and fill him with the peace that only God can give in this new chapter of his life.

A portrait of the love of God through his servants to those in need.

What a amazing transformation. Praise God. We need to start taking better care of our veterans they went and risked their lives for us and a lot of them are ignored.

But first you must see to the physical needs of a person before hoping to meet his needs on a spiritual level. A man on fire doesn't need help with his depression. He needs water to put out the fire then and only then will he listen to council. That is why Christ fed the hungry multitude that was following him for days as he preached to them. We are called to do the same. This is depicting this person's first step in his hopeful restoration. Beautiful.

Its all about choices in life. Sometimes those choices have consequences that lead to homelessness. God allows us to make choices.

  • 2013-11-09T15:57:36

this is not a transformation the man is still the same man only difference is that some one decided to do something for him and helped him clean up and showed him he was still inside there some where and he chose to do something about his life and this should be done for all homeless veterans, the veterans and the elderly should live free of worry of becoming homeless or with shelter of some sort period.

That is an auto-generated spam posting. Jessica Jess is not a real person. Don't get upset about it.

This man got a haircut and put on a suit. Substance abuse and homelessness are much more complex and difficult issues to address than this video would make it seem. The superficial, aesthetic changes that take place in this video will do nothing if there isn't a transformation on a deeper, psychological level. That would have made a much more interesting video.

God Bless The people that started this, there are so many out there, I was homeless with a lot of them over the years, I help all that I could. Glad to see someone else taking the reins

Reta, Life happens and some people are left behind due to life's paths that are all different. Thank God for ministries like this. God Bless these very special people for giving this man hope again.
