Based out of Tampa Fl, he is an USF Alumni with a degree in Exercise Science and holds certifications through the American College of Sports Medicine. With over 20 years under his belt in the fitness industry and personally trained over 1000 individuals, he now turns his focus to helping people with different media platforms. He is also a wonderful husband and father, a published author, actor, fitness/lifestyle model, drug-free bodybuilding competitor and volunteer in his community.<br />
