VP of Marketing

The seasoned management team is looking for a VP of Marketing. If you have experience in social networking, video file sharing systems or online communities, we want to hear from you. Experience at Youtube, MySpace, Facebook or one of the top 10 social networks on the Internet is a serious plus. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for online and offline marketing. She/he will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, advertising, CRM, new business, and PR, including the development of the company’s marketing, sales, and brand management goals and objectives. The VP of Marketing will build and manage a team that will work closely with marketing, content, and other business areas in designing effective programs to drive innovation and revenue. This dynamic individual is a leader with a proven track record of result driven accomplishments.

Job Descriptions

Develop, execute, and manage business brand, ensuring adherence to company goal
Acquire new customers through new business development
Analyze and develop new markets and market segments
Define products and features necessary to maximize market share
Identify growth and optimization opportunities
Develop strategic marketing plans, ensuring goals are met
Identify and manage key business relationships
Ensure productive management of creative, media, advertising, and promotional budgets

Skills Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
MBA a plus
5 plus years experience in Brand, Marketing, and Sales management in an E-commerce environment
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Other online marketing experience desired
Must be detail oriented and work well in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Must have the ability to multitask and juggle many different projects simultaneously
Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
Excellent written and communication skills
