I am NOT important?

I am NOT important?

How many times have we had someone say or do something that has hurt our feelings? Most of the time I believe people say or do things out of ignorance, not realizing what they are during is hurtful.

Most of us do not think about what we say before we release it from our everlasting knowledge that we draw from the âBank of Geniusâ or our âWell of Kindnessâ. We believe that what we have to offer is most critical and once we verbalize to our captivated audience our words of wisdom, they will certainly become amazed of our ability to communicate exactly what they need to hear! WRONGâ¦. What we have to offer is not what your friends, husbands, wives or our neighbors need to hear. What they truly need is for us to shut up and listen! Every time someone speaks does not ALWAYS require a response. Instead of an immediate response of wisdom or a greater analogy, try to allow that person to feel like they are on âCenter Stageâ.

Wait a darn minute!!! You mean I am suggesting that you are not important and therefore can offer nothing? Absolutely!! If what we say comes to self glorification rather than Christ, then we should not say it at all. How is that possible?

Galatians 2:20 âFor I am crucified with Christ; it is no longer I that lives but Christ live in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.â

Every day we wake up and meet âMr. and Mrs. Self Righteousâ, and every day we need to squash those guys and continue to live in the Spirit of Christ. If we choose not to, we do have that choice, then we will continue to offer what we think is good advice and not the âspiritualâ advice an individual might need. Place yourself before Jesus and ask him to truly crucify your mind and your tongue.

Until He Returns

Hey thank you so much for requesting me as a friend and thanks for the nice message you left I wish that I can Guide those friends into to Lords Path but where i go to school is not the way i wish it would be, the school i go to is filled with youth that dont appreciate themselves for who they are and dont notice that the LORD has made US UNIQUE and instead they follow others and fall into their trap and follow a path thats filled with holes and rocks but their so blind that they dont see those holes and rocks and dont listen to the voice that preaches the lords name JESUS CHRIST instead they follow their leader who is dressed in black and guides them into the dark path. I wish the LORD can give me a brighter LIGHT a Light that is BRIGHT enough to lead those friend out of that dark path. Also i like this blog and the message your puttin out there.

Oooh dear, just been dealing a lot with hurtful actions and comments made by friends. Actually i deal with them all the time who doesn't, but yeah this is kindov what I've been thinking myself and you just confirmed it. It's hard to remember most ppl don't intentionally hurt you, but it's a crucial point.
