For everyone who would like to know this is what happened yesterday (4/17)

Our house was on lockdown two resons.

bomb threatr at the hospital that is really close to my house (I can se it)

also the house a block away from me had some issues, The man had a gun and threatened his kids and wife the police quickly negotiadted to get his kids and wifr our of there but he was still in there. Mutiple people were arrested because they were running and the police needed to question them, after the robot broke that the police sent up to talk to him they stormed the building and found that he commited sucide.

During this my parents were gone

oh there was an earthquake too

Heres a papper a wrote based of of Romans 12:1-2 on Worship tell me what you think.

Worship

In the first part of Romans chapter one it states on how we need to offer ourselves as a living sacrifice to the Lord, that does not mean were going to start going crazy and dicing ourselves up and laying on and altar. No. the meaning is much different; we have to remember that our body is not our own but a gift from God, and that Jesus redeemed it with his death on the cross. If you read on in verse Two the Apostle Paul tells us not to conform to the patterns of the world. He is Warning us against what could happen if we follow the secular world view.
So people might ask "What's wrong with the ways of the world, I am doing just fine the way I am now" but there is something wrong just look at the secular world view, what is the motto, I want what I want and I'm willing to do what ever I need to get it (thanks Chaplain Cary, oh anyways) whatever it is that you want the worldly way of getting is not always good. Lie, cheat, and blackmail some people will do anything to get it. Also look at the things people do in there everyday life, premarital %#!@@, abortion, divorce est. We should obviously not be doing those things, look at the consequences from premarital #%#@$ and divorce; there are tones of paternity test and lawsuits of who gets the kid. Jesus lived a perfect life and, we can never do what he did. He did not commit any of those sins. Her suffered, died and lives for us. Even though it is absolutely impossible we need to strive to live as he did. As our faith grows daily through the connection to Gods word we will start to reflect what the apostle Paul said in Romans 12
Now you might be thinking how you are able to apply to your life. We need to give all the glory to God praise him in music, prayer, and in everything you do. In
1 Thessalonians 5:17 it says to pray without ceasing. That's what I/we need to do pray, pray, pray. Also we/I need to recognize Gods grace for us that he forgives us and gives us compassion in whatever we do. What is the purpose of Christian life you might ask-worship.
