Hey St.George, reading your comments on some videos here makes me wish I can defend my Catholic Faith as good as you. The best thing I can do is to pray for those who persecute the Church. I deeply sad because they do not see and experience what we experience as a Catholic. I pray to God that He will open up these beautiful people's heart, mind and soul to see and seek the truth with sincerity of their heart. As our sister in Christ JP2soldier said I also thank you for your dedication to help others understand the Catholic teachings. God bless you. Keep up the good work. |

Hello STGeorge Thank you for your follow-up response. I do not believe I made the statement that the Saints were dead in heaven. I am simply saying Yeshua Jesus is the only way John 14:6. To pray to departed people is necromancy and God the Father strictly forbids this. See Deuteronomy 18:9 thru 11 When thou art come into the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee thou shalt not learn to do according to the abominations of those nations. There shall not be found a$% you he that makes his son or his daughter to p#%!# thru the fire that uses divination that uses auguries or an enchanter or a sorcerer or a charmer or one that inquires familiar spirits or a soothsayer or one that consults the dead. What do you think He meant by familiar spirits Or Isaiah 8:19 When men tell you to consult mediums and spiritists who whisper and mutter should not a people inquire of their God Why consult the dead on behalf of the living. Pretty Straight foreword stuff. Could you please show me in the bible where it says it is ok to pray to departed saints Also I absolutely believe in eternal salvation my question to you is how is this achieved and when does it start Again thank you for your input I see you have a real zeal for God May the Lord Bless you and guide you in all truth and rightness. |
