What a glorious day yeasterday! It was full of the Lord in our hearts, and in my work for the Lord. Praise God people, for his alive in us!
I was able to help and witness to my friend Bill, who is physicaly impaired due to a car accident. I assist him sometimes with his daily stretching exersices, and I sit with him.
When I arrived home, Ryan had called -and we were off on our advetures! We went to the store for Steve- my roommate, who is afflicted with MS. We played our favorite walking games, "I spy-we spy", "I don't know-you tell me","Catch me if you can!", and "Are you following me?" This is our favorite one where we follow one another in turns and prwetend that the one following is lost and in need of help. The one being followed doesn't want to help-but has a change of heart and accepts their role that there is someone n need of their help and that they must do everything they can to accomplish this for that person.... Ryan is one of God's sons. Daddy God gave me Ryan when he was 2 - he's 5 now, and he is praising and thanking Daddy God every day. Ryan says that he and I are twin brothers inside Daddy God. Ryan's Dad - Scott is going to die of lung cancer, and Ryan at the age of 2 1/2 told me that his Dad is going to play with toys in Daddy God's Heaven! He also told me that he called me out of a dark place to come and help him- this is how Daddy God "gave" the reward of growing up! I was getting lost "hard hearted," and God showed me me again how much he loves me by giving me the responsibility of growing up with Ryan - and I'm doing this for Daddy God's glory and honor Thank you for your honest inquiry, you are the first person to approach me on this, and your questions have inspired me to now continue with my blog endeavors. Daddy God thanks you and is going to further bless you!!!!!!!

Hi Shawn: I was very happy to share Tommy with you my friend. His unique story is shared with many people - both by life experience and video representation. I am critical of some of the character protrayials - I don't know why the teacher didn't step in and share his faith with Tommy or guide him to a youth ministry brother - and that this action would have shown the other children that there is a way to witness and help another in need, but yes this video certainly expresses what a child who is dealing with any form of abuse faces during their turmoil. I am a firm believer that God has instilled in his chosen that they are born believers, and that the challenges they face in their life to Jesus is laid out with false promises for us to wittness to for God, and learn not to keep them before us as stumbling blocks to always overcome. We are rewardewd by miracles in our lives to share with others - and that satan trys to cover them up as something to brush off or holds the self esteem back points out that may be the teacher represented here was proof of how a person wants to help, but doesn't have the tools or resources to even knock on the door to break through that emotional shell of protection that abused children have to develop in order to be assured of a precieved sense of self-esteem. You wrote a well composed reply- I hope my response embelihes what you have already expressed. |

Hey Darren that video of Tommy warm my heart.Just to see how someone's life can turn around like that.In God's word it says that GOd is everywhere at once, and this video shows that.Thank you for using that video as your profile video.Because that gave me a chance to realize that God is really there in the toughests of times and places.God is are almighty savior and lord.Darren every day as your friend I reconize thats there is nothing the lord can't do and that even if you think its all over,well its really not.That is a great video for showing how people get led awa from christ and just out of the blue someone that is willing to share the gospal to them.The person who has forgoten about God is now reunited with him and shall always be. |
