The Emerging Leadership

We recently had a young prophet from Europe stay with us for a few weeks for some intensive training and mentorship, and this week, we'll be holding a local gathering for people called to leadership in Fort Worth, Texas. Years ago, I used to talk about the "hidden leaders" that were in the church, unaware of their call, or even suppressed in their call so that they remained in the background. About a year and a half ago, the Lord instructed me to call them "Emerging Leaders," because they were beginning to rise up out of obscurity to take their place in the kingdom.
