It troubles my soul to think that we here in our great country have reduced our children to fend for themselves. I was listening to the radio when the announcer said to put a green light bulb in your front porch light and turn it on that a young person would be able to have a place to stay for the night. Are our families in this country that cold that they will turn away the future generation of our great country. If nothing else we should sacrifice everything to see that our children are able to make it in this world. It is the responsibilty of every adult to make sure that we take care of our children, our teenagers, our young adults. If we are the example we are setting a very poor one. I have seen the selfishness of families, and how people treat each other on the highways, the sidewalks, the phone, the internet, and in every aspect that human contact is made. It makes my blood run cold to think of how we have let ourselves become so much into self that we are hurting all of our futures.
We need God more than ever. Pray without ceasing. We need to turn this country back to God fearing ways.
There is a Heaven. But more importantly there is a Hell. I do not want anyone to have to go there. There is no hope in that place.
If you care about your future you will open your eyes to the world around you. Practice what you preach. Our children are watching us.
God Help and protect us.
Thank you all so much for your prayers for Stephanie. She will be having her left breast removed on Thurs. July 10, 2008 at the Presbitarian Hospital in Denton, Texas. The Doctors think that they will be able to get all the cancer with this surgery. Please keep her in your prayers. Again thank you for your prayers. Glory and Honor to our God and King who hears our prayers and is after all the Great Physician, what more capable hands than His.
God Bless.
Your Sister In Christ.

God made two Gardeners and gave each a garden to tend to. They were both excited and grateful to have this wonderful fertile soil to toil and plant seed. God sent just enough rain and sunshine at the approprate times to help the Gardeners grow their gardens. The gardens started to spring to life and how beautiful they were. Fresh green gardens, the sweet smell of mother earth wafting through the air. All the little lady bugs were hard at work and all the dragon flies were patrolling overhead, and all the activity and life a garden holds.
Then one day one of the Gardeners was pulled away from his garden. There was another Gardener that needed help, the new Gardener couldn't toil his soil and plant his seed. So the helpful Gardener went to help the new Gardener. He spent so much time with the new Gardener that his own garden started growing weeds. The Gardener would run back to his garden to pull the weeds, but then he would have to run back and help the new Gardener with his garden. Then another new Gardener needed help, so the Gardener went to help with his garden. Still trying to keep up with his own garden. The poor Gardener was constantly running back and forth between all the gardens. His own garden was beginning to die and develope disease, and God quit sending rain and sunshine to the Gardeners garden. The new Gardeners gardens were in constant peril, the ground was too hard in one garden, and in the other garden there were too many stones to be moved.
The Gardener began going to his garden less and less. Pretty soon his garden had become a desolate place. Very dark and grown up with weeds and thickets. It was very sad to God. He began to cry and the rain from his eyes flooded the garden and it was then gone.
The Gardener that stayed and took care of his garden was blessed by God. It was the most beautiful garden the eye could ever behold, the nose could ever smell, the sweetest one could ever taste, and the richest one could ever touch. With loving and caring hands the Gardener toiled, planted seed, and constantly worked in his garden. The sun kissed each plant and God sent just enough rain to quench the thirst of each plant. The most beautiful full rich garden. All the Gardeners came to see this masterpiece. All was happy and at peace in this Gardeners garden.
Let me ask you this question. Which Gardener are you today?
Do you stay and take care of your Garden or do you try to take care of everybody else's garden?
Woo is he that lets his own Garden wither and die.
God Bless
Kim
