...have to do the direct opposite - discourage your potential recruits from checking it out (perhaps by throwing in a clause "If anyone goes to the cave before their time, they will not be taken.")
Throughout the NT, the apostles encouraged people to check seek proof and verify facts:
1 Thessalonians 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
And when fledgling converts heeded this advice, not only did they remain converts (suggesting that the evidence held up under scrutiny), but the apostles described them as "noble" for doing so:
Acts 17:11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

I'm into apologetics and creation science (which is actully real science, if u look at creation objectively, such as the origin of the layers under the earth: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aEeoAqME894&feature=channel_page) Although i'm not too good at debating evolutionists (note: that doesn't mean i'll accept evolution tho, it just means "u won the battle, but not the war" and i still cannot find any evidence, very important, essential evidence, that genetics can increase the genetic information, or better yet, make new ones. It can rearrange, sort and maximize (as in the case of suger content), but cannot and will not make entirely new information), since i'm not much of a science euthusiast, or better yet, a evolutionist ethuisast, i'm very familar of many of the arguements they presented, since i read them a lot, particially on youtube and other sites. |

If its carbon-14, uhh, not a good one, if its potassium argon dating, well, lets just say, that the newly formed lava they tested was about (i'm not sure about the year but) something millions of years...and many other forms of dating actully indicates a young earth, but i'm not sure which tho
