....ok so just b nice to her and be all like im really honored that u like me but i really dont like u like that. and just b nice...thats really all u can do b/c it would b worse if u didnt tell her and lead her on then it would really crush her....this way she can get ovr u w/o a total heart break.....hope that helped!!!

All you have to do is tell her and say So and so your nice and all and your a good friend i just don't want to get into a serious relationship with you sorry and please i would like to still be buds. We cool? or you can put it in your own words. just DON'T lie!!! She will know!!!
